| Directions | Put rhubarb in an 8" x 8" pan. In a bowl, cream 3/4 cup sugar and butter. Add milk, flour, baking powder and salt. Mix well and pour over rhubarb. In another bowl, combine 1 cup sugar and cornstarch. Sprinkle over batter. Pour boiling water over all. Bake at 350° for 1 hour. |
