CRUST: Mix flour, salt and sugar together in a bowl, cut butter into this mixture. Beat eggs add enough milk to make 2/3 cup. Add to dough. Mix until moistened. Roll half of dough to fit 10"x15" pan
FILLING: Mix all ingredients and pour over crust. Roll rest of dough to cover apples. Bake 1 hour at 350°.
GLAZE: Mix powdered sugar and milk. Drizzle over top.
For a 9"x13" pan cut dough recipe in half.
