| Directions | In a small bowl, combine all rub ingredients and apply to all surfaces of pork roast. Place roast in a shallow pan and roast at 350° for 1 1/4 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 155°. Remove roast from oven and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing to serve. |
