In large bowl, mix cake mix, extract, butter, and egg until crumbly. Add saltines and mix. Reserve 2 cups of this mixture. Press remainder into bottom of 9" x 13" pan. Bake for 18-20 minutes at 350°. In small bowl, beat egg yolks, milk, and lemon juice. Spread over hot baked layer. Crumble remaining topping over top and press down slightly. Bake 20-25 minutes longer. Cut into bars when cool. Store in refrigerator. |
