Heat oven to 375°. Grease square pan, 8" x 8" x 2". Place apple slices in pan. Mix remaining ingredients thoroughly in bowl. Sprinkle over apples.
Bake for 30 minutes or until apples are tender and topping is golden brown. Serve warm and if desired with warm caramel topping and ice cream/light cream.
