| Directions | Fry sausage and drain. Stir in cream cheese and it will melt with sausage. Stir in rotel tomatoes and store in fridge. When ready to serve, either microwave if in a hurry or put in crock pot to warm. If doubling or tripling this, you may need to add extra rotel tomatoes to thin. Serve with chips, scoops or crackers. I use a crock pot and make it full as possible as it will not last long! Not pretty, but really yummy. |
