| Directions | Put all ingredients in the blender; blend well. Pour into an unbaked 9" pie shell. Sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg. Bake at 425° for 15 minutes. Then bake at 350° for 10 minutes or more, until it is brown on top. Serves 6 to 8. |
