| Directions |
- Clean and hull strawberries. Cut berries in half or quarters.
- Fill a baked pie crust with the strawberries.
- Combine sugar, cornstarch, and water in a small saucepan. Cook until thick & clear.
- Add the strawberry gelatin powder & mix well. Cool slightly & pour over berries. Refrigerate until sauce sets up, approximately 2 to 3 hours.
- Serve with whipped topping.
