Cinnamon and brown sugar add a sweetness to everyone's favorite meat...bacon. Who knew that bacon could get any better? Be sure to keep an eye on this so as not to burn the sugar.

Directions
Cut each bacon strip in half lengthwise.

Combine sugar and cinnamon. Dip bacon in sugar mix. Place on foil-lined baking sheet, twisting for an elegant look.

Bake at 350° for 15-20 minutes or until crisp.

Serve; or cool and freeze in an airtight container for up to 1 month. To use frozen; bake at 350° for 6-8 minutes.
