| | Directions | | Mix crushed graham crackers (Reserve 1/2 c. for topping.) and melted margarine. Press into a 9 x 13 pan. Chill milk until very cold or even partially frozen. Dissolve Jello in hot water. Stir the sugar into the softened cream cheese. Then add to Jello. Mix in well drained pineapple and then the nuts. Chill until mixture begins to thicken. Whip the evaporated milk, fold into the mixture. Pour into the crumb lined pan. Sprinkle the reserved 1/2 c. crumbs on top. Chill. A favorite at a lot of family reunions. |
