| Directions | Drain pumpkin well and mash. Stir into pumpkin the coconut, sugar, flour, butter and spices. Beat eggs and add to the pumpkin mixture. Pour into 9 inch round baking dish, bake at 375°F for 25 minutes then sprinkle top with nuts and bake another 20 minutes. |
