Prepare Cake Mix as directed on the box, add 1 cup of coconut to the mix prior to baking. Bake as directed on the box in a 9x13 pan. Cool Cake 10 minutes. Poke Holes all over the cake;
Pour Cream of Coconut over Cake. Cool Cake completely. Frost with Cool Whip and Sprinkle additional coconut on top as desired. Store in refrigerator.
