| | Directions | | Place chocolate squares and milk in double boiler until melted. Mix flour, sugar, and salt together and add to hot milk mixture. Beat egg yolks and add to the mixture. Cook until thick. Remove from heat and add vanilla and butter. Mix egg whites with sugar and beat until peaks form. Place on slightly cooled pie and brown in oven. Makes 1 pie |
