Crust - Mix together oleo, pecans, flour, and 1/3 c. powdered sugar. Press into bottom of 9x13-inch baking dish. Bake for 15 minutes at 350°.
Filling - Mix together cream cheese, 1 c. powdered sugar, vanilla extract. Spread over cool crust. Mix together pudding mixes according to package directions. Spread over cream cheese layer. Top with Cool Whip and extra pecans, if desired.
