Heat oven to 325 degrees F. Grease and flour a 9x13-inch pan. In large bowl beat cake mix, pudding mix, water, butter, rum and eggs on low speed for 30 seconds. Beat on medium speed for 2 minutes. Spread in baking pan. Bake 30-35 minutes or until passes toothpick test. Cool 15 minutes and remove from pan. Cool completely about 2 hours. For frosting, microwave vanilla frosting for 15 seconds. Add rum to frosting mixture and gently pour over cake. Sprinkle chopped pecans. |
