| Directions | Cream together butter and sugar. Add eggs. Mix well. Add grated apples, sifted dry ingredients, and nuts. Bake in greased 9x13 pan at 350° for 45 minutes. Serve with sauce. For sauce, heat ingredients together over low for 10-15 minutes. Add 2 tsp vanilla and a dash of nutmeg. Serve hot over pudding. |
