| Directions | Beat eggs, sugar, oil, and pumpkin until light and fluffy. Combine dry ingredients then add to pumpkin mixture. Pour into ungreased 15x10x1 pan, Bake at 350° for 25-30 minutes. Cool completely before icing. I recommend icing with cream cheese frosting. |
