| Directions | Beat egg whites until stiff and then add 1 1/3 C. of sugar and beat until blended. Add crushed Ritz crackers and pecans. Pour into buttered pie plate and bake at 350° for 25 minutes. Cool. Mix topping, cocoa and 2 T. of sugar and spread on cooled pie. Refrigerate until ready to serve. |
