Coconut Cake Deluxe - Recipe

This cake has endless possibilities. Most ingredients are already in your cupboard, too. Use any flavor pudding and extract to make it the flavor of the month.

Directions

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour a 9x13-inch baking pan.

Mix cake mix according to package directions, including pudding in withe mix.

Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

While cake bakes, mix up glaze by stirring together the powdered sugar, milk and extract.

While cake is warm, punch holes in cake about 2 inches apart. Pour glaze over cake. Sprinkle with coconut.

Cool.

-		1 box coconut cream instant pudding (small box)
-		GLAZE:
-		2 cups powdered sugar
-		3 tablespoons milk
-		1/2 teaspoon vanilla
-		1/2 cup coconut flakes
