| Directions | Boil rice with salt until nearly done . Pour into strainer and pour cold water through it. Beat eggs; add cream, sugar, and then rice. Mix well. Put into shallow pan. Dot top with butter and sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake about 1/2 hr. at 325° or until done. I double the recipe and put it into a glass roaster; then I bake it for at least 1 hr. or until center is done. |
