| Directions |
- In a skillet over medium heat, toast almonds in a skillet. Allow to cool.
- Place peas in a strainer and run cold water over them until they are thawed. Shake excess water off and place in a large bowl.
- In a small bowl, stir onions, cheese, mayonnaise and vinegar; season with pepper.
- Add almonds and gently combine with peas. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
