| Directions |
- Grease 9X13 pan. Preheat oven to 350° F.
- In large bowl, combine cake mix and 6 tbsp. margarine and 1 cup oatmeal. Mix until crumbly. Reserve 1 cup of crumbs.
- Add the egg to the mixture and mix until blended. Press in bottom of greased pan.
- Put cherries on top and spread over crust.
- Add the 1/4 cup of oatmeal, 2 tbsp. of margarine, pecans, and brown sugar to the reserved crumbs.
- Mix thoroughly and sprinkle over cherries.
- Bake at 350° F. for 30 to 40 minutes or until golden brown.
- Can serve warm or cold. Serve with whipped topping or ice cream.
