| Directions | Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine softened cream cheese, egg, vanilla, sugar and flour. Beat until smooth. Spread mixture over pie crust. Combine defrosted scalloped apples, caramel topping and cinnamon. Spoon over cream cheese mixture, keeping two distinct layers. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until apples bubble up around edges of pie. Serve at room temperature. Refrigerate any left over pie. |
