| | Directions | | Preheat oven to 350°. Grease a 9 x 13 pan. Slice 1st tube of cookie dough into approximately 1/8 inch slices and layer on the bottom of pan. In mixing bowl mix cream cheese, egg, vanilla and sugar. Pour over the cookie dough. Slice 2nd tube of cookie dough and layer over the cream cheese mixture. Bake for approximately 35 minutes or until cookie dough is golden brown. Cool and refrigerate before serving. |
