| Directions | 1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Place salmon, skin-side down, on baking sheet sprayed with no stick cooking spray.
2. Mix Seafood Rub, oil and wine in small bowl. Spread evenly over top of salmon.
3. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.Test Kitchen Tip: Substitute swordfish or mahi mahi for the salmon. |
