| Directions | Mix together: frozen coconut, cream cheese, instant cheese cake pudding, cool-whip and cream of coconut. Put into 2 graham cracker crust and put in frig. to set up. Whip 1 cup of whipping cream with 1 tbs. of powdered sugar. put on top of pies and sprinkle toasted coconut on top. |
