| Directions | 1. Heat oil in 12-inch skillet on medium heat to 365°F.
2. Rinse and pat dry chicken. Pour Seasoning Mix in large resealable plastic bag. Dip chicken into milk, shaking off excess liquid. Add a few pieces at a time to mix in bag; shake to coat evenly.
3. Fry 20 minutes or until well browned, turning chicken every 5 minutes. Drain on paper towels. |
