1. Preheat oven to 375° F. Rub oil all over chicken. Sprinkle Seasoning over chicken. Place on rack in roasting pan.
2. Roast 1 to 1 1/2 hours until chicken is cooked through (internal temperature of breast reaches 170° F and thigh is 180° F).
Variations:
Prepare as directed using 1 tablespoon each Rotisserie Chicken Seasoning and McCormick® Perfect Pinch® Italian Seasoning, Salt Free Garlic & Herb Seasoning or Lemon Herb Seasoning.
To use bone-in chicken parts, prepare as directed using 3 pounds bone-in chicken parts. Roast 40 to 50 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
