| Directions | 1. Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken, onion, bell pepper and 1 tablespoon of the Seasoning; cook and stir 5 to 7 minutes.
2. Stir in remaining 1 tablespoon Seasoning, tomatoes, tomato sauce and sugar. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 10 minutes.
3. Serve over cooked pasta and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese, if desired. |
