| Directions | Place apples in 8 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with Lemon juice. Melt butter in small mixing bowl in microwave at high power 1-1 1/2 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients until crumbly. Sprinkle over apples evenly; press down lightly. Microwave at high 8 minutes. Rotate dish 1/2 turn. Microwave 6-8 minutes until apples are tender. Serve warm, cold, plain or topped with whipped cream or ice cream. |
