| Directions | Place oil in mixer. Add sugar and beat until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time. Sift together dry ingredients. Add alternately with buttermilk and vanilla. Beat well. Fold in pecans and preserves. Pour into greased and floured bundt pan. Bake 300 for 2 hours. |
