| Directions | In a large iron skillet melt the butter. In a medium bowl, combine four, sugar, milk baking powder, salt and vanilla. Set aside. Peel and lice peaches for 2 1/2 cups. Place peaches in skillet with melted butter. Top with batter dolloped over the peaches. Do not stir. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 350° until golden brown. |
