| Directions | 1. Mix ground beef, egg and Seasoning Mix in large bowl until well blended. Shape into 1 1/2-inch meatballs.
2. Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. All meatballs; cook 10 minutes or until browned and cooked through, turning frequently.
3. Serve with hot cooked pasta and your favorite sauce, if desired.To Bake Meatballs: Prepare meatballs as directed. Bake in foil-lined shallow baking pan in preheated 400°F oven 15 minutes or until cooked through.
Meatball Sub Sandwich: Place cooked meatballs in submarine roll. Top with heated marinara or spaghetti sauce. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan or shredded mozzarella cheese. |
