| Directions | Melt chocolate and butter in saucepan on stove. Remove from stove Stir in sugar eggs, vanilla. Add remaining. Spread in a 9x13 pan. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Cool and frost with chocolate frosting. OR cream cheese topping. In separate bowl mix, 2 pkg. (8-oz.) cream cheese, 1/2 c. sugar, 1 egg and 2 tsp. vanilla. Make brownies as directed above and drop cream cheese mix on top of batter and cut in with knife. Bake a bit longer than above checking remove from oven when toothpick comes out clean. |
