| Directions | 1. Mix ground beef and Seasoning Mix in large bowl until until well blended. Shape into 4 patties.
2. Cook in nonstick skillet on medium heat 5 minutes per side or until burgers are cooked through (internal temperature of 160°F).
3. Serve burgers on rolls with desired condiments and toppings.Sliders: Shape meat mixture into 8 patties. Cook 3 minutes per side. Serve on slider or small dinner rolls with sautéed onions. Makes 8 appetizer servings. |
