| Directions | 1. Mix flour and Seasoning in shallow dish. Moisten chicken lightly with water. Coat evenly with seasoned flour.
2. Melt butter in large nonstick skillet on medium heat. Cook 1/2 of the chicken pieces 3 to 4 minutes per side or until golden brown and cooked through. Repeat with remaining chicken, adding additional butter if necessary.Variation: To make a pan sauce for the chicken, remove cooked chicken from skillet; keep warm. Stir 3/4 cup chicken broth into the skillet. Bring to boil on medium-high heat. Reduce heat to low; simmer 5 minutes or until slightly thickened. To serve, spoon sauce over chicken. |
