| Directions | Cream the butter with 1/2 C. brown sugar and beat well. Stir in 1 C. flour and press in an 8 x 8x 2 greased pan. Bake 15 minutes at 375°. Beat the egg and add 2/3 C. brown sugar, 1/2 C. coconut, vanilla, and 2 tsp. flour. Mix well. Put on top of baked crust and bake an additional 15 minutes at 375° |
