| Directions | 1. Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add chicken; cook and stir 3 to 5 minutes or until no longer pink. Stir in in Seasoning Mix and water.
2. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; simmer 5 to 7 minutes or until most of liquid is absorbed, stirring occasionally.
3. For each tostada shell, spread with 1/4 cup refried beans, 1/3 cup chicken mixture, 2 tablespoons shredded cheese, 1/4 cup each shredded lettuce and guacamole, and 1 tablespoon each salsa and sour cream.Test Kitchen Tip: Use McCormick® Guacamole Seasoning Mix to prepare great tasting guacamole. |
