Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease large muffin pan or small ramekins. Melt butter and chocolate in double boiler over medium heat. Beat eggs, sugar, salt in mixer until sugar dissolves; add to chocolate mixture until smooth. Beat in flour. Pour mixture into prepared cups. Bake until batter puffs but center is not set, 8-10 minutes. Let cool for 5 minutes, carefully lift cakes from tin and place on serving dishes. Serve with vanilla ice cream. |
