| Directions | 1. Mix flour and seasoned salt in shallow dish. Dip steaks into milk then coat with flour mixture. Repeat dipping to use up milk and flour.
2. Fry steaks in hot oil in large skillet 5 minutes per side or until desired doneness.
3. Meanwhile, stir water gradually into Gravy Mix with wire whisk in 2-quart saucepan. Stirring frequently, cook on medium heat until gravy comes to boil. Reduce heat to low; simmer 1 minute. Serve gravy over steak. |
