Put sugar in a 7x11 cake pan and heat on low in stove until sugar is melted and is caramel colored. Mix eggs, sweetened condensed milk, milk, sugar and vanilla in the blender and pour over the melted sugar.
Follow instructions on box to make the chocolate cake mix batter. Save out 1 cup chocolate batter to make cupcakes or whatever so the pan doesn't run over. Then pour the rest of it on top of what's already in the cake pan. Put the pan inside a larger pan serving as a double boiler, adding water to the larger pan. Put in oven at 350° for about an hour, or until a fork comes out clean. Cool. Flip onto a plate. Is best eaten cool.
