Crush enough cookies to line a 9x13 pan. Combine the marshmallow creme and cream cheese together. Add the raspberry sherbet and fold in the cool whip until blended. Spread the mixture over the Oreo crust. Sprinkle more chunks of Oreos on top. Keep frozen until ready to serve.
