| Directions | 1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Spread melted butter on shallow baking pan. Mix cracker meal, Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning in shallow dish. Sprinkle fish with salt and pepper. Moisten with egg, then coat with cracker meal mixture .
2. Arrange fish fillets in single layer in prepared pan.
3. Bake 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork, turning once.Test Kitchen Tip: Substitute red snapper, striped bass, flounder or sole for the tilapia. |
