| Directions | 1. Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add bell pepper, onion and mushrooms; cook and stir 5 minutes.
2. Stir in Sauce Mix, water and tomato paste. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. Serve over pasta. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese, if desired. |
