1. Mix Sauce Mix, tomatoes, red wine and oil in medium saucepan until well blended. Bring to boil. Cover. Reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
2. Serve over pasta. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese, if desired.
Red Clam Sauce: Stir in 2 cans (6 1/2 ounces each) chopped clams, drained, after simmer time. Cook 1 minute or until heated through. Serve over cooked linguine.
