White Wine Cake - Recipe

Directions
Put all cake ingredients except nuts in a large bowl. Mix well for 4 or 5 minutes. Spray a bundt pan well with Pam, then sprinkle nuts in bottom. Pour batter over the nuts. Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees. Remove from oven and punch holes in the cake. Put 1/2 half glaze on the hot cake; let stand for 10-15 minutes, then remove from pan. let the cake cool then spread with rest of the glaze.

To make glaze, boil the margarine, sugar, and water fro 3 minutes. Remove from heat, then add the 1/4 cup wine. Let cool before putting on cake.

-1/2 cup chopped nuts

-1 stick margarine, melted
-1 cup Sugar
-1/4 cup water
-1/4 cup White Wine
