Cake: Mix coffe with water, stir until dissolved. Bake per package directions. Glaze: Heat milk and butter. Add to sifted confectioners sugar in bowl, stir until smooth. Add lemon juice and rind. Spread over cake, letting it run down sides. Note: I use juice and grated rind of 1 lemon as my family prefers the 'lemony' taste. Easy make-ahead dessert. |
