| Directions | 1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Pierce skin of apples with fork. Place cut-side up in 8-inch square baking dish. Mix brown sugar, melted butter and cinnamon in small bowl. Stir in raisins.
2. Fill core of each apple half with about 1 tablespoon of the raisin mixture, spreading on top of apple, if necessary. Pour water into dish. Cover dish with foil.
3. Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until apples are tender. |
