Directions
Arrange rhubarb in an unbaked pastry shell. Blend together sugar and flour. Add egg yolks and lemon juice and stir until a thick paste is formed. Pour this over rhubarb and bake at 400 for 22 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 for 20 minutes.
