This blender beverage is a fun new take on the piña colada. Pineapple juice and sherbet combined with coconut, Rum and Vanilla extracts make this quintessential tropical refreshment.

Directions
1. Place all ingredients, except sherbet, in blender container; cover. Blend on high speed until ice is crushed. Add sherbet; cover.

2. Blend until smooth. Garnish with pineapple slices and cherries, if desired.
